I esubmitted my app on Wednesday. I have had everything in including my transcript since June 15th. The only thing I am missing is one LOR which, because I am sending them all in one packet, is holding up all of my letters of rec. My question is, will not having this last LOR until mid July keep me from being in the second batch, or will I still be considered without my LOR?
Will LOR Hold Me Back?

You will still be mailed out with the second bath; however, it's often pointless as some schools won't consider your application until everything is in. At schools like this, your app will be put on hold until the last LOR comes in, so it really isn't doing you any good for them to already have it. I'd get the letter in ASAP.
