Medical Will Med schools accept Pass/fail classes given during quarantine?

Should I use the Pass/fail option for any classes, or will Med Schools not like that? (I'm at the University of Maryland). Because of the pandemic the university has given all students the option of accepting a Pass/fail mark (making the class have no effect on your gpa). I'm worried I'll end up with a C in Orgo 1. Should I "hide" this grade and boost my gpa, or just take the letter grade?

Most medical schools are coming out with their policies regarding P/F grading. You'll need to look them up individually.
