Will Medical Schools *generally* overlook a subpar performance in undergrad (specifically freshman and sophomore years) IF it has been a long period of time (10+ years) and IF the applicant has excelled in post-bacc coursework and all other aspects of their application?

Obviously it’s better to just have been a superstar all along, but really, how much would mediocre a performance that long ago hinder you in the process? Thanks!
