here is the deal. I am having an incredible difficult time find a doctor to shadow, let alone get a LOR. even if i could find a doctor willing to let me shadow, i work a real full time job and I can't just take off a week to follow a doctor around to get a letter.

i applied to all four of the DO schools that do not require a physician LOR, but i really want to attend NSU. will NSU interview me without a physician LOR? i have everything, including the other letters, ready to send but i wasn't sure if i am wasting 50 dollars. should i email them?

Yes, and on a related note they will also interview you before they get your transcript.

Judging from your signature I'm guessing you know this firsthand. However, this may have recently changed. I logged into my NSU secondary online app today, to find out they required my transcript. I called to find out if, in fact, it was required, or if the AACOMAS transcript would satisfy. The admissions woman said they needed the transcript, and, at that time, my file would be complete, and the Adcom would begin reviewing it. I'm assuming the review process precedes an interview invite.

Can anyone confirm/refute that the Adcom requires your transcript before interview invite this year?

I haven't submitted my transcript to them yet and I'm flying into Ft. Lauderdale for an interview on 10/4.

Save your money. They don't need official transcripts until after you've been accepted.

I was asked to interview with none of my letters in or a transcript...by the time I interviewed I did make sure to have all my letters in, but I still havent sent an official transcript, they see the numbers through AACOMAS

No, they send their own list of your classes/grades. They don't send your real transcript out. Some schools, like NSU, want an actual copy from your college's registrar.
