Will Puerto Rican schools even look at non Spanish speakers?

I've been looking at them, and they may be a viable option, but I don't speak a word of Spanish. Why couldn't Puerto Rico be German speaking? Lol.

Because Germany didn't conquer any countries in the 1500's and when they tried it was too late... 🙂

You must speak Spanish in PR medical schools and English as well.
