Does anyone know if admissions offices are open during winter break at schools? As in, are files reviewed and/or interview invites sent out during that time?

Universities usually shut down from Dec 24 - Jan 1 so the admission office will be close then too.

so for those schools where medical students finish finals before the university, their admissions office will be open? So Jan 2, onward they will be open and reviewing files?

Yeah I believe most Universities will open starting on Jan 2. I use to work at a University in CA so I'm assuming its the same for all Universities.
