Hi
I'm currently entering my grades for AADSAS GPA calculations.
I was wondering, do I enter "W" grade for the classes I withdrew?
If so, how? The Unit & "W"?

Thanks in advance.

If I am not mistaken, you enter the class information and it will ask you what grade you received. You have to select W. If you took the class again another semester, you have to make sure and put "repeat" for that class.

Be sure to only enter W for classes that you earned W's in - at many schools, if you drop before a certain date, you don't actually earn a W. If it's on your transcripts, put it in, if not, as far as anyone is concerned, you never took that class.

When I called ADEA, they told me that if you have "W" then next time you take it it is not "repeat" but just put "N.A." However, if you have F or D and re took it again, then it is "repeat". Or if you took at another institution which is basically same class, it is not considered "repeat"

This is what I got from ADEA when I called them since I had couple classes I took 8 years ago that I wanted to take again to reinforce my knowledge at different institution.

Would a HW-hardship withdrawal be entered as a W? I'm applying next year and just curious
