Withdrawal from all other schools before CTE

Does anyone know if you need to actively withdraw from schools from which you have received no communication since submitting? These are generally considered “silent rejections” but since they have not formally rejected me yet, do I need to withdraw so that I can be sure my application isn’t still in consideration and thus violating the CTE requirements?
