So I am kind of freaking out as I have been reading some stuff about how withdrawals can really affect you in the future. Second semester freshman year, I took a 19 credit hour load with a ton of EC activities. I ended-up with a 2 Bs and a W. But, I still have a 3.7. Although my sGPA is only a 3.3. I will be a sophomore next year. Do you think this will affect me drastically?
One W will not effect your likelihood of getting into med school. Some folks are successful with a whole semester's worth (though they tend to have good excuses).

If asked about the W, you can relate what you learned about stretching your resources too thin and how to improve your time management. Don't let it happen again and you prove you've learned an important lesson.
