Does withdrawing your application after you send in primaries make you have reapplicant status next round?

But you were not verified. A person who has been verified but not sent in a secondary would be considered a reapp if at a later date they decide to reapply.
Eh... I was looking at one school's website, and they seemed to only consider you a reapplicant if you applied but were not accepted... if you withdrew before you completed the secondary, then your application was just never complete and thus was never looked at.
But you still applied at that school. As far as AAMC/AMCAS (and thus the "Have you previously applied...?" question) is concerned, "If you have a processed AMCAS application from a previous year, you are considered a re-applicant to those previous medical schools. This is regardless of whether or not a secondary application was completed."
If you filled out a primary and were verified ("processed"), you're a reapplicant at all schools you listed on that first application.

True, but there is a difference between being a reapplicant according to AMCAS, and a reapplicant according to the school. Many schools have secondaries with this question too 🙂
