Wondering if people have any experience with this--withdrew from all schools but one on May 15th, now having second thoughts. Does anybody know what happens if you try asking one of the schools you turned down to reconsider you? How about the school you are committed to--will they "let" you leave?

good luck with that one. I highly doubt they'll take you back.

It's been over a month. Your seat has now been taken by someone from the WL and those schools' classes are full. They are not going to take you back at this point. Sorry.

I recall a post in years past where someone called and got their old spot back. I think success with this would depend on how competitive you were and if you had a very compelling reason for the flip flop. The worst they can do is say no if you ask. Your current school would have plenty of other waitlistees to choose from if you withdrew, and it wouln't be a big deal.
