I would make sure our team found zero deficiencies for sure. I have seen locked up abroad too many times.

Only out of the country CAP inspection I have seen performed by anyone I know was in Puerto Rico.

I had to inspect the hospital lab in GITMO in preparation for CAP accreditation a couple times back in the 80’s. Neat place, particularly for divers.

I've seen the CAP asking for inspectors for Japanese labs. I don't do CAP inspections anymore since the hospital went with JC which is a joke compared to CAP inspections.
