HI everyone! I need some help deciding what to do. I decided junior year of college to become a PT. I wanted to start right away and took classes at a community college since my school didn't offer the science classes over the summer. Then I took classes at my college and I am about to graduate. I was wondering if it would flag my application if I had 3 schools on my resume?? I want to switch to a public state school to save money for post grad but don't wanna do this if that is not recommended. any and all thoughts are appreciated!!

I think as long as you graduate with a bachelors and get all the prerequisites done, it shouldn’t be a problem. I would say being financially smart about the whole process is actually a good thing. However, during admissions interviews, some might bring up questions about your academics.

I wouldn't worry about switching schools too much. I had 3 schools on my app. 2yrs community college, transfered to a university for a semester, then transferred out to another uni as I didn't enjoy that one. I got 3 acceptances and am waitlisted at 5 other schools. Do whatever saves you time & money and do well in the prereq courses.

I actually had 5 different schools that I had taken classes from on my application. It never came up during interviews and so far I've been accepted to 5 PT programs. If I was you, I wouldn't worry too much about it.

Doesn't matter how many schools are on your resume! They are looking at your grades. Don't worry about it. Definitely go to schools that are cheaper!
