Work Experience

Are we supposed to include random work experience from undergrad in our CV. I can't remember where I heard it but someone said we should include all work experience since high school. I have a bunch of random jobs that I can't see how it would relate to anything except that it would show I worked ~35 hours a week while going to college and that shows I'm a hard worker. Other than that I cant see how relevant it would be. Any input?
