Working in a dental office vs. taking a class

I have a great opportunity to work as an assistant and the dentist offered me to train me. Which is very good! HoweverI'm taking a class( post bach) it is cell bio on tuesday and thirsday.
The dentist wanna give me a full time job but because of cell bio I have to be part time. Should I drop cell bio???
