I will be living in SF area. However, the market is saturated. Does anyone know people that also work in oregon or in similar situation. I mean working three days in SF and three days in Medford,OR. I don't mind to work hard but I never heard anyone do this. The SF market is extremely saturated but I still want to live here because of family reason.

I have friends who work in 3 states at the same time(NY, NJ, and CT). They have to file income tax in each state and have taken the NERB, but besides for that, it is not an issue. As long as you are licensed in all states you practice in and pay your taxes properly, there is no problem.

I know an ortho that practices in Idaho and travel to Wyoming a couple times each week. It can be done.
