I have a series of questions for California schools:

Touro, Northstate: how long did it take them to send you a supplementary after your pharmcas was submitted? then how long does it take them after you submit your supp to get an interview invite?


USC, Western, Loma linda, UOP, UCSD, UCSF: how long after your pharmcas + supp applicaton submission did you get your interview invite? For western, what type of confirmation did you get after you submitted both? I didn't get any confirmation for this school.

Well, UCSF is a non-rolling school, so interview invites will be sent out late December. Mine arrived last year a day before Christmas and my mom gave it to me on Christmas, best present ever needless to say ! 😍

As for confirmation, I got mine by email, a few weeks after I submitted, it said that my file is complete. Aside from that, you shouldn't expect to hear anything else untill interview invite/rejection letter arrives.


UCSD, I got my rejection letter about the same time, some time later in December or January.

Touro, I got an interview within approximately two weeks of submitting my app, but I submitted later on in the cycle, it was either November or December then.

Western my interview invite came some time in the winter, but it had to be in January, because I remember calling in and canceling since by that time I already had several other interviews.

My application was submitted in mid October or early October if I remember correctly.

I think it was by email, but you can always probably just call them.

Interviews invties come by regular mail though for sure.

For western i received my conformation through email. They were pretty fast too but that could be because I sent in my application in early August and they did not have a lot of applications yet. Since then tell now I have not heard anything from them but this could be because they do not start interviewing until I think at least December.

UOP sends out their conformation through snail mail but I think I also got an email too. For UOP my application was sent in late July I can't remember exactly but it only a few days for them to send me an letter saying they received my application. As for interview invites I got a letter three days after they completed reviewing my application and verifying my classes. The whole process from the point I sent in my application to the point I got an invite took about a month to a month and a half.
