I'm so sorry if I posted this in the wrong place.
So I tanked my first year and a half of undergrad and now I'm in the process of serious science gpa repair. It's been going well so far (lots of A's), but I'm concerned with math. So far I've completed stats and got an A, which is great, but I've also done 1 semester of pre-calc (got a C) and 1 semester of calculus (also got a C)🙁 I'm signed up to take Calc 2 next semester. It's not required for my major, but I've been told that doing well in the second part of a course will make up for doing poorly in the first part, and doing well will help bring up my science gpa. The thing is, I'm not confident that I will do that well in the second part of the class and I'm really afraid of getting another C and digging that hole even deeper. Would it be worth taking the risk?
