I just found out about some legal issues with one of my parents. It is a felony charge and currently dismissed without prejudice which means the case can be brought back up again if they find further evidence. Anyone who does a search on my parents can find it since it is public record. That is how I found out about it purely on accident.
Would something like this possibly be noticed and brought up to me during say an interview? Do you think they would even find out and if they did would it be an issue?
I don't have any legal issues myself , I had background checks in the military for my clearance and I just had another one done a couple months ago for my daycare. I am 27 right now so it is not like I live with my parents. I just wasn't sure if they possibly checked out parents or spouses. (no issue if they check out my spouse)
