Would it be appropriate to list posters that I presented as a part of a summer program on my CV?

Title says it all. I participated in the NIH SIP for 2 summers and I'm now applying to the NIH IRTA postbac program. Can I list the posters that I presented at the NIH (as a part of the summer program) on my CV? Would this be unacceptable since it wasn't technically a big conference? Also, can I list a poster presented at my ug science symposium?

List them all. They may not carry the weight of posters presented at national meetings, but they still show that you used your research time productively and they're a feather in your cap.
