Would like to learn some Radiology on the Web--any good resources

Being the lazy pig I am, I like to dick around on my computer....does anybody know any radiology websites that have radiographs or ct's that explain the findings---like a tutoring program or whatever. i suppose i could buy a book, but looking on the web is much more fun.

Check out The Wolf Files. I'm the author so I'm obviously biased, but I think you'll like it. It's purpose is to teach basic radiology to med students in an interactive way rather than reading yet another textbook.

I saw the demo of Dr. Wolf's program, and it looks pretty badass.

As for on-line stuff:

Here is one that is great for med student teaching:

Here is another neat one more appropriate for residents:

The above site has rounds on a number of specialties, but the imaging / rads section is the biggest. The presentations are like powerpoint but you can hear the guys' voices. The lectures cover the latest in rads from top schools mainly in Canada and the US but also a few international lectures. They're webcasts of CME lectures/rounds, I believe.

that is why i like studentdoctor.net, cuz i get quality suggestions fast from a lot of people
