Hi! My current cGPA is a 3.88 (sGPA ~ 3.86). I could graduate with a 3.9 but I decided to graduate early to have extra time for MCAT studying. How much would a 3.88 hold me back from top medical schools? Would it be better to complete the final semester and complete school with a 3.9? Or is this difference negligible and my chances depend on MCAT now?

The difference between a 3.88 and a 3.9 is a rounding error. I'd instead use the extra time to bolster your extracurriculars and perhaps study for your MCAT.

RX recommendation: Take TWO chill pills. Your GPA is fine and the difference between 3.88 and 3.9 is de minimus.
