Would this count as clinical experience?

I worked with adults with mental disabilities. As LizzyM has said, if you can smell the patient, it is clinical.

When I was working with them, I had the authorization to give medication at certain times, change diapers, and clean after the people there. We had no providers or on-call doctors. Would this exp. count as clinical or non-clinical?

The facility was not in a hospital or outpatient setting. More of a day-program for adults. Still clinical?

Healthcare isn't limited to clinics and hospitals, amigo, and neither is clinical volunteering. Count it.
