Would you alter in your secondary apps if you got an interview the first time?

I'm already looking towards the next application cycle.

Assume the questions in the secondary is exactly the same as last years for a particular school, and that school invited you for an interview but you ultimately did not get in, how much of the secondary would you alter if at all?

I'd maybe elaborate a little more and just add to it, but I'd really focus on having a better interview.
