Dear Mr. _______,

We are pleased to welcome you to Doctors-R-Us Class of 2013! Allow me to extend my personal congratulations on your acceptance. You clearly have done well in a rigorous academic environment, achieving both intramural and extramural success. We are excited about your upcoming enrollment, and extend to your our deepest welcome.

Did you buy it? April Fools! Man, we might have given extra consideration to your application if we could have just seen the look on your face. Maybe not. Anyway, have a great life.

just tell me how bad i suck and how much they didnt want me. that wud be best. inspire me. to apply there for residency and reject them when they accept me.

can't claim the credit for this one, but it's a gem (with a few tweaks)

Dear Professor Millington,

Thank you for your letter of March 16. After careful consideration, I
regret to inform you that I am unable to accept your refusal to offer me
a seat in your medical school.

This year I have been particularly fortunate in receiving an unusually
large number of rejection letters. With such a varied and promising field
of candidates, it is impossible for me to accept all refusals.

Despite Princeton's outstanding qualifications and previous experience in
rejecting applicants, I find that your rejection does not meet my needs at
this time. Therefore, I will assume the position of medical student at your
school this August. I look forward to seeing you then.

Best of luck in rejecting future applicants.

Sincerely,
Chris L. Jensen

Dear Opal,

After careful review of your application, we have decided that you have neither discovered the cure to a confusing disease nor educated 500 orphans in Africa. You haven't even scored in the 94th percentile on the MCAT. Therefore we are unable to accept you for admission in the Class of 2014. We hope that the upcoming year offers you an opportunity to add these qualities to your application.

Please do not hesitate to contact us if we can be of any assistance. We at least pretend to like everyone, as you may have noted from your "stellar" interviews.

Best of luck,

Dr. PishPosh
