If I sent in update letters to all my schools (from End of November to Mid-December) is it worth sending another in right now? I know it's not advised to send too many in, but since the cycle is close to ending, I just wanted to take one final crack at it. TIA!

Thank you for the replies! I got my abstract accepted to a National Conference. I haven't had experience with this before, so that's my update. Other than that, I've just been continuing activities. Is this okay for an update letter?

No, this doesn't usually fit the bill, especially if you already sent one before
