Writing my own LOR?

Hey all,

My mentor who I have been researching with for 1+ year asked me to write my own letter for myself. I have never done this before, and was hoping for some guidance.

Does anyone have any examples of letters or something that they could give me (with name deleted of course) so I can go off that?
