Did anyone get a letter from Harcourt saying they messed up on your PCAT scores. I did....and I am a little confused what it meant. I think it was saying that it sent the wrong scores to Pharmcas, but the right score to me on paper.
Creighton also sent me an email regarding my PCAt score which said that if the admissons committee was going to make any changes because of the change of scores, they would do so by Friday.
In the Harcourt letter they said that the score sent to Pharmcas could be anywhere from + or - 4 points off on the real composite score. They offered to allow me to take the test again for free for their mistake. Just wondering if anyone else was dealing with this?????
Thanks!

This happened AGAIN? I'd check out the PCAT forums - something similar happened to some of the people that took the October test.

Moving... Please post all questions regarding PCAT to the PCAT forum. Thanks! 🙂

I called them today to put me on the list of those interest in re-taking the test. My test score had already expired and Temple rejected me back in 2004. Its exhausting to prepare for it and take it, but I think its an open opportunity for me since I will apply to pharmacy school again.

Yes, I also received a letter from Harcourt about incorrectly reported scores. From what I have investigated they reported scores to two different school over two different years with incorrect scores. I have now began reviewing this mistake by Harcourt and I am finding out that the scores were off by 12. I believe that this may have affected my entry to my school of choice last year. I have been trying to locate as many people as I can in relation to this problem. I think that a large group may be able to legally do something about the problem.

If you need extra people from the legal thing just PM me..I have also received the letter...even if i am already in pharmacy school...they do not have the right to play with people's futur like that...they are paid for a job and they did a lousy one in many cases..off by 12 I just can't imagine that!!!

You should know that your first round of pcat scores are weighted ONLY against other FIRST TIME takers. Your second, third etc are weighted against 2nd and 3rd timers accordingly and could come out lower. If they are also offering to grade it as a 1st round again, I'd jump on it with the extra study time and experience as to format.
