Hi all, I really need some help on deciding how to proceed. Please move if in wrong space.

I interviewed with my top choice school yesterday and had a wonderful experience despite one of my interviewers being somewhat inappropriate. This was for an ethics based interview so maybe he was trying to test me but it is not sitting right with me. He was very pushy and interjecting some of my answers with changing the scenario, but that was just annoying and rude. However, two specific things stood out:

1) He asked me a question about what I would do if a patient was sexually inappropriate towards me. When I answered, he proceeded to amend the scenario like "What if you're the only one there?" "What if you're the attending?" etc. He was jumping down my throat talking about assault saying stuff like "This will happen. This happens all the time." While I could handle it, I was pretty taken back and felt this could be triggering for some people and he was very insensitive in his delivery.

2) When I was telling my "story" - which is very personal - at one point he covered his mouth and was smiling as if he was trying not to laugh. I was darting my eyes between the camera and the screen so I could have misinterpreted his facial expressions but I couldn't believe what I was seeing nonetheless.

For all I know he could have given me a good report, but I feel awful about this interview. This guy basically has my future in his hands and I feel he was somewhat unprofessional. Should I do anything? Is it worth bringing it up to admissions or would it squash my chances? I don't know if they would offer me another interview.

Some people will immediately go for your throat if they sense a hint of a lack of a well thought out answer, or also will try to rattle you to see how well you handle grace under pressure. Or they just fire off questions, rat-a-tat, rat-a-tat.

As for the mindset of "someone might be offended", let them worry about it. You can't be arbiter of what is or isn't correct.

As for covering his mouth, I do that to in order to hide my emotions. There are times people fall into my rhetorical traps and I have to hide a smile.

I also do it to stifle yawns.

I'm sorry OP seemed to have had a bad experience during this interview. I will add to Goro's comment that in several MMI stations I've had interviewers be particularly aggressive and antagonistic and I assume it was to see how I responded to someone like that. Idk if I personally would want to ask an applicant what he asked you but that may have been the reason why

He was definitely walking on thin ice, but I don't think the topic inappropriate. If you feel he was inappropriate, you should let the admissions department know. I would think interviews are recorded, but I cannot say for sure. Probably school dependent. Maybe some others could chime in? Anyhow, I have a similiar style where I ask an open ended question taking the opposite side you take and then argue with you. I'm looking for a genuine response, not one that has been rehearsed. Oddball questions will throw you off a little and have a good chance of producing a genuine response, rather than a canned one.
I get that it's stressful and students are poor judges of their interview performance. I will often throw a curveball after I have already decided I like the student. I'm less likely to do that to a student I'm on the fence about, wanting to give them the most time to sell themselves.

I suggest that you scrub some of your interview history in order to maintain your privacy

Sounds like you just had a bad interview. Which sucks, but happens. Not everyone will hit it off with interviewer but its up to the applicant to make the most of it.
