I stalked the lounge game and I'm not so sure we'll kill the Joker just by trying the lynch a second time...but the speedboat or whatever seems like it might be a one time deal, so I'm willing to try. lynch t70s, let's hope it works this time.

Why is it that when you shoot a freeze gun at t70s it has no effect?

What is the freeze gun used for if not to assist in killing the damn joker?! 😕

And also after doing so why did I become so freaking scared that I killed poor kanderson (with no recollection of doing so) ? 🙁

Who the feck gassed me? 😡

Why is there a mysterious figure wandering the streets whispering riddles in people's ears?

Why is it so hard to think and post in fecking questions?

Why do I have a bad feeling that a 2nd lynch still won't kill the joker? maybe PTSD from the lounge game??? :scared:

and also for good measure - why does the rain in Spain fall mainly in the plain? 😕

Is this now two or three times that someone has tried using the freeze gun on the bomb?

There is either another item better suited to defusing the bomb or the bomb may really be a hot potato waiting for an RNG'd countdown to expire.

Either way, me no likey this bomb.

I don't recall anyone trying the freeze gun on the bomb besides me ... but I could have missed something 😛
 
Breaking news!

In an attempt to bring all convicted Arkham Asylum escapees back to just, a mob has formed at city hall. They are carrying in t70s bound, gagged, and wriggling. Someone has painted her face green and white. They tried drowning her yesterday as officials looked away. What kind of corruption is there in Gotham?

It looks like they are tying her to a stake and surrounding her with wood. Will the GCPD do nothing about this obvious act of crime? It looks like they are joining the fray! I could almost swear that is Commissioner Gordon striking the match.

Her body has started to catch fire but she's not screaming. She's started laughing instead and there's a huge fire on her face. SOV must have been annoyed because he bashes her over the head with a bomb and she goes unconscious.

This made my brain hurt.

Did you misfire the gun and hit kanderson?? This freeze gun really hasn't helped us yet....no destroying the bomb, didn't hit t70s....😕

And the last line all I can think about is that Glee episode where Puck sings it.

Off topic: I always thought it was..."The rain in Spain stays mainly in the plane." I never could figure out how the rain got in the plane. Finally had a light bulb moment when I saw the play. :laugh:

The following message was presented by a fellow citizen who lost her life in the fight against evil (thanks for the write-up, nyanko!):

As the morning sun rises over Gotham city, some citizens awaken well-rested, while others had rather sleepless nights. A group of young clubbers stumbling out of the Iceberg Lounge into a back alley come across a blood soaked Android phone with a strange rainbow-trailed poptart cat gif looping over and over again as the unapologetic screensaver, and a still smoldering doob right next to it.

One of them rubs her eyes and flicks the screen to access the contents of the phone - maybe she should find the owner. The video recording app is open to the last video taken on this phone, dated only four hours beforehand. The kids tap the play button and the phone’s speakers boom out a woman’s voice:

“HEY THERE, you ugly, gutless piece of offal, why don’t you tell my documentary here about why you gotta sneak around like this?? I know what you’re up to, and I’m gonna tell the cops....
....unless you got a dime bag, of course”
Thick, rising wisps of smoke can be seen on the screen and the face belonging to the voice comes into view. It is none other than the well known street rat, always looking for the next hit, the washed-up almost-mayor nyanko, still just a citizen of Gotham.
The other figure in the video is obscured by the billowing cloud of smoke. “I think you’ve had enough. You ain’t gonna go to the cops, you reek and you’re all strung out.”
nyanko: “You don’t know what I’ll do!”
other dude: “Cut the crap, I’m here on business.”
nyanko: “I ain’t got business with you, move yo broken ass outta here.”
other dude: “Sorry, not on the agenda for the night.”

Suddenly a loud clatter is heard coming from the phone speakers, and the night sky of the alley with the overlay of dissipating smoke is the background to the sounds of a struggle, and the most bloodcurdling screams that the poor kid had ever heard. Splotches of red obscure the camera as the video cuts off, the capacity for the phone’s memory filled.

[end phone audio + video]

One of the other kids in the group, too jaded to care about the fate of the street girl, grabs the phone and flips through the other pictures and texts from the night. There’s a picture from early in the night of some oddball in green and white makeup and some really bad text message jokes about hearing a whip and how it must be “your mother” having a good time again. As the kid flips through the pictures, he reaches the files from the previous days and notices that this oddball had been taking pictures of the location of the bat signal every night....except for the night she died. Had there been no bat signal on this fateful night??? What does that mean? The kids reset the phone to factory configuration and went to sell it on the black market. Little jerks.

Meanwhile, nyanko’s body, barely recognizable with half of her face missing, was found under a trashbag near by. Nobody would have noticed, anyway.
