OT: I did that once for my players as a mod, I think the stripes game was the dead game. Can’t remember which game it was in.
Also, I once ran 2 games simultaneously, and the dead in one game were added to the other. <cue everyone ignoring old man reminiscing meme>

Because you're small potatoes.

Capri, Stagg, and SAR were bigger outed threats at the beginning. Once they were dealt with I tried to target you but you weren't targetable. I think you were targetable starting yesterday or the day before? But by then I was focused on the Paws/Dolphin situation. After you were outed, the other day (yesterday?) I figured people would be looking into you and decided to target elsewhere to not waste a night.

Honestly forgot she's playing. It looks like we're going to have to rely on mechanics to figure her out, so I'll leave her to other people. I'm not about to start post analyzing her pictures. Not worth the headache.

And for everyone, I think the time to hide info is gone, people keep on dying without sharing the results...it is endgame now ...or tomorrow, and the more we know the better IMHO.

You're the only one who thinks that lymphing chaos is not correct, lol. And yes. When a lynch was already progressing by the time I really got caught up close to 930, it was set. I hung around and monitored for last second shenanigans like you tried to pull two days ago, but didn't lay a lynch. Nor did almost a third of the field so I'm not sure why I'm the one getting bitched at about it.


I haven't been "on point" the whole game; I've had information. My role lets me talk to the dead, and when genny was temporarily converted to wolf Capri sent a list of wolf actions to her in mid game. This included dolphin/Paws on it and is why I was so freaking adamant on them the whole time. It's also why I didn't want to die last night in the possible explosion, because I was about to have Johnna (the seer!) added to my chat and wanted to know if she got anything the night she died. It's on a day's delay.

I just got out of a septic dog's abdomen an hour after my clinic closed and gotta drive home an hour. Chew on that momentarily.

Probably a terminology difference here. I don’t mean the last Lynch of the game or anything, just play is different as you near the end, to me when there are fewer players the game gets more intense/fun/interesting and things are more open. Sorry if that was unclear.

Jboo was an ability seer, not an affiliation seer.

I don't feel great about your use of that role tbh -- you're not taking into account up to date information, and I think that is probably detrimental in this game.

And the reason why you're getting flack for it is because if you really thought they were wolves, wouldn't actually lynching them be worth the chance of you dying?

Idk it kinda seems like you believed some of the things they were saying, but not enough to actually go through with it, which makes me feel like you might have actually believed they were chaos by that point, regardless of what you're saying now.

Sadly my best idea coming into today was Lynch WZ. I just can’t understand why no one owned up to rezzing her. It is such a simple thing to remove confusion,but that is water under the bridge,

My other big idea was coopah, but haven’t followed up on that. I saw some quotes from the writeup but in my quick skim could make nothing of it.

My inclination now is to Lynch trilt. She is a good player as a wolf, and in a way, there is nothing at all wolfy about her, which seems odd. How can you not make villager mistakes over 2 weeks? I am just guessing she is being careful as a wolf.

Unfortunately I honestly don’t know how to find this last wolf. They were clearly not part of the other pack, so probably had no trouble looking villagery and lynching other wolves...and if they are late to wolfdom (which I doubt) would make it harder.

Now....if I make it through tonight I am not sure it matters anymore, so I am gonna talk a lot about my role here (without quoting and getting in trouble). My role name is irrelevant, it comes up with nothing on google, just some stupid story about a murdering guy in Africa, but the writeup the other day finally made some sense for me, I am an empty vessel. I have no affiliation “currently”. My role said specifically I am not neutral like some players, just I didn’t have an affiliation at start of game. I was supposed to take over certain roles if they got killed off too early. Never told which ones, except when Mel was temporarily lynched I was told to be ready to enter the game so I guess kavilan is one of them, now, I guess my role will remain unfulfilled, I believe as of tomorrow I will no longer have that opportunity so will remain unaffiliated, which kind of sucks, so if you leave me alive I will not count for villager numbers, but if you Lynch me you don’t gain much either. I obviously assumed I would be village all along so that was where my loyalty was. I am guessing if anyone investigated me they wouldn’t see much, I have not had a chat with anyone all game and have been a bit annoyed that everyone had someone to discuss the game with but me it seemed, I see msP just opened a chat with me for first time, but I wanted to get this out there.

Last thing, I know there are primary protagonists and primary antagonists from my role description, and that makes me think that the big baddie in this game has been there all along, but it is utter conjecture on my part.

Lynch me, don’t Lynch me. It really won’t affect the game, but I promise you, I am trying for a village win.

You are the ONLY one who thinks lynching chaos is not worthwhile. But fwiw, I literally had a conversation in dead chat about how I thought you were full of crap re: them converting to chaos, so hey, I am wrong sometimes. Often tbh.

Also never claimed she was an affiliation seer? Don't put words in my mouth.
 
Random thoughts ..( thinking out loud, stream of consciousness)

1. Animal Midwife: her play style rubbed me the wrong way earlier, but less so lately, had some weird comments re😛ippy that sounded like they were chums. No idea of how she fits in the game. Still suspicious to me.
2. mischief: can’t see her role being wolfy. Seemed village all game to me.
3. Msp: is she a dragon. If so, must be village imho,
1. Sov: unaffiliated with any side,
2. Coopah: hasn’t explained where got her info,,we aren’t allowed to ask. Coming in act 3 after the wolf pack disbanded is suspicious timing, still suspicious to me.
3. trilt: can talk to dead. Why? Seems like would have loads of info to help us? Not convinced although i have no good reason.
4. pippy: wouldn’t Lynch today, but tomorrow sounds good. Can we believe anything she says, maybe she is back to a wolf again. Maybe her win condition is at expense of village, I don’t like games with win condition chaos, I like when they are pure chaos,,,so we probably need to get rid of her,
5. pbc: she killed on village behalf, but if she was killing rival evil, that doesn’t help,us, very quiet. Too quiet. Suspicious,
6. Mel: was not evil, doubt she turned evil, I am ok believing her although was very uninvolved vs normal.

So my village reads are...mischief, msp, Mel.

My chaos read is pippy...Lynch her tomorrow?

That leaves a big sketch pile of AM, coopah, trilt, PBC

I would like to hear more about those 4. What do we know about their roles or ability?

Again, I think this is a particularly hard end of game when the most important wolf is out there and may not ever have interacted with other wolves.

You claimed you're on a redemption arc from wolf -> chaos -> villager, right? That's what I have understood from your claim so far.

Genny got a list of wolf night actions that did not include you from capri. Ergo, makes me think that claim is full of it. I actually hadn't thought of it until you brought that up.

I wish it could. Maybe the ability seer could tell us what your role is. Games with evil role reversing are gonna be awfully difficult for villagers, I feel your pain, but we have to discount most anything you say,when we can never understand your win condition,

I have been super frustrated to be lynched as chaos when I had no win condition, so I kind of get it...

My action wasn't on that list because I bitched to Capri about exposing all of us & our actions to people who could potentially sell us out... Which I have to say makes me chuckle at myself stabbing her in the back later 😉

Same, I feel like she's a problem and needs to be dealt with, but it might be more efficient to do that when all the lynch avoidances and stuff are removed and we know she'll die for sure.

For now. I'm actually feeling up for a little re-reading so I'm gonna take a look into AM and SOV's ISO's. Trilt's latest catch about pippy's duality (re: Stagg) has me leaning her village again.
 
Am I pbr? Full disclosure: I had an item on opposite night that should have killed me but gave me an extra life instead. If you want a successful lynch it won't be me.

I'm checking in really fast, I've got to run to a thing at 6. Some of SOV's posts have rubbed me the wrong way but it's nothing solid. I'm going to put a vote there.

I know that MsP is a dragon if that helps. And that pippy controls her because of an item dubz gave. She claims she's still village though, but I am slightly concerned.

I believe your claim but am concerned about what you'll turn into, so I might go there.

PBC has a main role that reads very village in the write up, but I am concerned with the way she's been playing.

Trilt has been playing very village to me and knew about paws and dolphin before I could tell people so I like her as village.

I don't know crap about AM, does anyone? Because I thought she was something but that turned out wrong, or maybe it was the wrong interpretation. I got nothing. AM help?

PBc/r rarely shows up, and when has a few votes suddenly has a Lynch avoidance. I believe the avoidance, but the item source, it so much,
Reading her iso, she is chock full of abilities,
She has barely participated,.
And retaliate votes....which is never a good look.

I am pretty happy with my vote for now.

The mods did say plurality here was when it was not possible for any other faction to win. Paraphrasing so sorry if it's not perfect. But my understanding is that we could get to 2 wolves and 2 villagers but if there's still SOV and he votes with us we can still win.

For what it's worth I believe SOVs claim. Not sure what he'll turn into though. I also greatly sympathize with his plight as I was isolated for most of the game.

@StartingoverVet if you truly have concerns about me entering at act 3 it's because I was held up. if you check the story summary I posted it should be near the end. I entered before this whole bedlam business but was STOPPED by paws.

That should be more than enough for anyone interested.
