Yah-E, Pi-Guy & Class of 06

This forum made possible through the generous support of SDN members, donors, and sponsors. Thank you.
Research at school with 3D Imaging Software and animation....should be interesting...oh and we have classes to finish up in the summer too. That's about all....

My upcoming summer will be an eventful one!

Summer starts for me on Thursday, May 15th precisely at 5 PM after my last final exam in Periodontology II! I will use that weekend to get extremely drunk and prbably spend a lot of $$ in Miami.

Now after that, that's when **** will hit the fan for me.

From Monday, May 19th to Sunday, July 13th (55 days), I will be doing nothing, but studying my @ss off for the NDBE part I on Monday, July 14th. Gotta them 90s!!

After the board exam, I will probably be doing an OMFS externship either at University of Florida at Jacksonville Health Science Center or at University of Minnesota School of Dentistry for two weeks (end of July or beginning of August).

My D2 school year will start on August 11, 2003.

Man, doesn't sound like I have much of a summer, does it?! At least I will have the Part I behind me!!

Star Girl: You didn't tell us what you have in store for your summer?

I know that starting with the entering class of '03 of VCU/MCV, they will be taking part 1 after first year also.

Summer plans....hmmm, good question Stargirl

No offense to you extra-enthusiastic D1's who have planned externships/research w/ practically every dental school in the nation, but I will be living it up this summer....my last one before the **** hits the fan.

My non-dental related summer:
June 21st: get the hell out of NYC
June 28th: Buffett concert, Alpine Valley
July 3rd: DMB at Tweeter Center Chicago
July 5th: Cubs/Cards, bleechers
July 13th: Cubs/Braves, bleechers
August 6th: gf's b-day....(must remember)
August 21st: Buffett, Tweeter Center

Also, insert multiple White Sox games (half price Mondays), road trips to St. Louis, and biking along Lake Shore Drive, with a steady diet of Panera, Chicago deep dish (Lou's or Giordanos), Blue Moon on tap, and late night Lincoln Town Gyros.....

What's the common theme? No book will be opened, no rat will be killed for research, no time will be volunteered at externships. Instead, I'll be volunteering my time to help mow the lawn at my parents house.

There will be plenty of dental school (and not enough Chicago)after September 2nd...

:meanie: :meanie: haha this is so cute😴
