I followed the threads, people applied after me had received II already.
Thank you. I submitted from early August through early September, so far nothing. I guess I should be more patient.

I didn't attend my first interview until January.

I applied mostly throughout the same time, 0 IIs as well so far. I think the majority of August people still have not heard back yet unless URM or high stats.

Two of my acceptances were right before thanksgiving. One of my interviews was mid-November.

Patience is by far the most important thing you need to have during this cycle. The cycle is mentally and physically draining, but you have to keep strong through it all. I, too, only had 2II before the New Year, and had many more after that. Furthermore, my first acceptance wasn't until March, but everything worked out in the end. Keep your chin high; you got this!
(Disclaimer: I only applied to 2 schools, IS in the southeast.)
I didn't receive any II until December. It was fine. Take a breath. There's nothing that you can do differently that'll have an immediate effect on your application. Take a breath, chill a little, and remember that you still have plenty of time before you actually need to worry.

I do have a couple II, but if this helps anyone....

1 - Review complete (?)
1 - Hold for re-review
1 - Does not have complete status yet - last update on the portal was the secondary submitted at the end of July
14 - File complete, but not even under review yet!!!
Relax. If I've only been fully evaluated by 4 out of 22 (counting the II, hold, and review complete), I'm quite sure a lot of you guys are sitting on the back burner too. The vast majority of my schools haven't even looked at my application yet.

Prevailing wisdom seems to be no II by Thanksgiving and you should start prepping for next year while hoping for the best.
My friends with similar stats have already had many interviews. Still few weeks before thanksgiving, cross my fingers and hope for the best.
That doesn't mean much. Many things could cause that discrepancy. Have faith.
If you applied in August as I did, it's still pretty early. I just got the "under review" status at several of the schools I applied to. Keep the faith guys!

If you don't get in, I don't think being late was the issue. That is not late. I know people on SDN hype up being complete the first possible day, but the truth is most people are usually complete around August and even later.
So far nothing, no II, no rejection. Majority of my applications were submitted in Sep.
It’ll take another month or more for completion. Then the waiting continues for II’s. My first invite was 2 months AFTER completion.
Completion confirmation was received almost immediately, except wash U. It has been more than two months for a few schools, most of them I considered as safe schools. Disappointed, my safe schools are no longer safe.
I don't think they were ever safe.
