zitelli alternative please...

hello eveyone...
new here,so liable to commit mistakes...

i wanted zitelli atlas of physical diagnosis but somehow or other,i cant arrange for one.

Please recommend me a clinical book which can be used as an alternative...

Every peds resident should at least have looked through this book. The Boards love showing you random pictures from it and expect you to know the diagnosis, for whatever reason.

As for alternatives, it depends on what you're looking for. Derm? General peds?

Everyone says this...but I don't recall any pictures from this book on my boards. Its a great book, however!!!

Great book indeed! Still use it daily when instructing PA and Med students.
