Zofran and Reglan Interaction

I was asked why Zofran can't be taken with Reglan. Does anyone know why? Wasn't very successful with finding a good answer.

This isn't even a hard one.... They are both QTc prolonging. It is frequently done except in instances of more than two QTc prolonging drugs or Long QT syndrome.
