Here is a great opportunity to express yourself and get a cash prize to do it. This is an essay contest to promote humanism in medicine towards our VA patients. If you have a great story to tell about interactions with VA patients I encourage you to enter this essay contest. The winners are handsomely rewarded and there is talk of publishing the entries. ( Double bonus for the C.V. !!) Prizes are 1st $1,000, 2nd $500, 3rd $250.
