Wondering what my chances are across the board, not just MD but DO as well. I go to school in Texas

cGPA 3.3, 30 MCAT, sGPA 3.2. Both GPAs showing good upward trend

President/founder of social fraternity (should be solid ECs), solid LORs, 100+ shadowing hours, ~50 hrs research, ~100 non-medical volunteer hours, intensive medical internship lined up

what do you guys think my chances are and what can I do to better my chances? Any and all advice welcome!

To be honest, your gpa is a big issue for MD schools, and your MCAT is pretty average. I think you would be just fine for DO, but MD might be a little bit of a long shot. I personally would try and do a post-bacc or SMP to bring that gpa up a little if you really want to go MD. Just my opinion, but hope it's helpful.
