I HATE My Standard Uniform - There's Got To Be Something Better

I HATE my standard uniform of white jackets/smocks. Are your uniforms comfortable? What would make your perfect uniform?

Personally, I'd love a different more comfortable and breathable fabric. I would prefer a few more pockets. Mine pulls at the back. Also, I just don't think it looks flattering. Am I the only one?
