internal medicin, EM elective in vancouver

I am an international student who is having clerkship in Vancouver city next summer, and planning to do it in EM or Internal medicine .. I've never been in Vancouver before,so i want to ask you:
what is the best hospital for a nice useful experience. i was thinking in VGH ?
any ubc med student/resident to be in touch with?

Just FYI, UBC and Vancouver are on the canadian side if the border. Premed101 forums (the Canuck version of this site) would be the place to ask these questions.
