I have been hearing mixed things about my chances of medical school. I was just wondering if you guys could give me advice/ a preliminary school list if possible because I know you guys are the experts here.
1st MCAT: 508: 125/126/128/129
2nd MCAT: 515: 128/128/129/130
GPA: 3.86
cGPA: 3.82
Volunteering: 300 hours tutoring, 300 hours in a hospital, 75 hours shadowing various doctors
Research: 600 hours with two posters, one potential publication
Leadership: President of tutoring club, vice-president of hospital volunteering club
Job experience: have worked as a waiter for 3 years
State: My state of residence is Pennsylvania and my state of college attendance is New York.
Race: URM Hispanic female
I plan on taking two gap years and applying in 2020 due to financial and family reasons. I aspire to go to a medical school in the US so I could serve the community in which I grew up in back east when I was a child.
