Practice Tests Ranked by Similarity to April Exam

Is it safe to assume that the practice tests are going to be most reliable in order of their ascending nomenclature (e.g. 6 < 7 < 8 < 9...) when considering their similarity to this April's administration?

that is what my guess is...the latest ones should reflect all the changes made to the exam since 2000 or so. thats my assumption..
