Pre-Matriculation Program Before Dental School??

Hello dentists and future dentists,

I recently got accepted into dental school. The dental school offers a pre-matriculation program for future dental students. I want to ask if any of you took a pre-matriculation program before entering dental school? How helpful is it to take this program? Does it really make first semester of dental school easier?

I would like to learn about your experiences/ opinions about this. Thank you !!
