PRP without kits?

I was doing PRP joint injections at my previous employer using kits, but now I'm on my own and would like to switch to self-made / no kit to reduce the overhead. I didn't see any specific writeups using the search function in this forum. Anybody doing PRP without kits willing to share their setup / techniques? I already got some feedback from some of the regular members (such as tubes and centrifuge) but could always use more advice. Feel free to DM me if you don't want to post publicly.
