hi, im doing a masters in clinical immunology at the university of cape town, i have taken some classes in public at university of washington at seattle, gre score: V:154 Q:158 A: 4.0 work research experience: research at seattle biomed, 2 year research on bcg vaccine in HIV exposed babies in cape town, volunteer at different hospitals and ngo for 3 years , summer internship in the HIV department at the who headquarters in geneva, 2 conferences presentation, 1 publication. i am applying to phd programs in epi and global health:
Columbia, UNC, UCLA, Berkeley, upitt, UMIN, tulane (epidemiology phd ) , harvard (Global health SCD) , Johns hopkins( PHD international health) UW Global health phd. What are my chances?

So I just decided where I am going.
Accepted: Buffalo, Minnesota, Emory, Pitt, Albany
Waitlisted: Yale, BU
Attending: Emory!

I am really excited! I intend on staying on the wait list for Yale because I want to study Chronic Diseases particularly physical activity, and Dr. Katz is excellent in that particular field. Other than that though I have officially decided! I am so excited!

When did you find out about whether or not you got into Yale?

Hey, I'm applying for an MPH at Oregon State this year and I can't find much info on their admissions process (i.e. what happens after you submit your application). Most schools have sent me a confirmation email, but Oregon State has not. Is this something that they just don't do or should I be getting in contact with someone? Thanks!
