Assuming your MCAT is at least 508 apply to ALL your Ohio schools. Other schools to consider with your stats:
Oakland Beaumont
Western Michigan
Medical College Wisconsin
St. Louis
Tulane
Albany
New York Medical College
If your MCAT is 512 or less then Mayo, Michigan are reaches and Kentucky and UNC are unlikely since they prefer their own residents.
