But I got an interview, hurrah! 😀 I'll be doing mine in San Francisco.

Do they send out invites all at once and then rejections? How does that work?
 
I join the ranks of those invited today to interview for the Glasgow program. I too will be heading down to San Fran. for mine. It sounds like there will be a presentation each morning for an hour at 8:45 am and then interviews will follow.

I had resided myself to staying calm and level headed until at least mid December..... now I'm so freaked out I can't focus again!

Congrats to all who are starting to get interviews. One word of advice: BREATH ! Its all going to be ok. Its just like sitting down and having a 30 minute conversation. No specific way to prepare for it so just relax and know that you are there for a reason. Good luck 😀
 
oops, forgot to mention i'll be doing Boston.

I'm starting to realize just how expensive this is all going to be 😱
Getting a hotel room in downtown boston CANNOT be cheap!
 
Haha, I'm starting to feel a lot less excited/encouraged by the Glasgow interview invite, I'm beginning to think they're interviewing every person who even bothered applying. :laugh: (And that's totally not meant in any sort of offensive way!)
 
You guys getting interviews, there is a way of doing this so that it is more informative! Example of how it's been traditionally done:

...and so on....

Found out yesterday I got an interview with Glasgow! Feb 10th, SF, 2pm! So far thats 1/3 for me, come on davis and RVC! Congrats all!

Glasgow! I got my e-mail 11/2..just been a little busy. Interview FEB 19th/Boston. Hopefully this is a good omen for other schools! :luck:
 
I got an interview from glasgow and a supplemental from Michigan! I'm going nuts waiting to hear from more schools

Wow, I can't believe it's already interview invite time! This semester has flown by (yet in ways has seemed to drag on)...I guess vet school will do that to you!

Good luck to everyone! I remember this time last year...I can't believe a year has come and gone already! I'm so excited for you guys! It's such an amazing experience to go to schools for interviews and get to know other students, faculty, school facilities, etc!


And just another note on the list posting...you can also bold out your name so people know where to find you on the list (especially when you start listing multiple schools!)
