I know I will probably be mocked terribly for this; but I've been trying to study at least 3-4 hours a day (on non-interview, non-travel days)
 
ended up finishing up case files, doing pre-test, and i'm halfway through introduction to clinical emergency medicine
 
My god, I'm such a dork
 
btw, pretest is very basic; I felt like it was more of a third year book and I had outgrown it....

I liked case files, and i'm actually kinda really liking this other book I'm reading
 
I know I will forget all of this in a month or so, but I feel like I'm in withdrawal if I don't study
 
and it's kind of fun to read when I want, at my own leisure... it's like pleasure reading for the criminally insane.
 
on a brighter note, don't you love it when you bump into an ex and his gorgeous new girlfriend
 
and this is of course when you are incredibly single and haven't been on a date in months
 
how is this for aimless post-padding..

No, but it gets annoying after a time when people can't equate wedding bands and significant others. Seriously, I get asked out more now that I wear it to work than I did when I wasn't wearing it.

The very reason my brother started wearing a fake wedding band. He said it was much easier then because the girls came to him. Said it had something to do with the fact they knew a married man wasn't afraid of commitment. My answer was that's dumb because you would have to break that commitment for them. But oh well.
