Since you are a Texas resident you should apply to all your Texas schools in June. Applying early decision to Tulane would hurt your chances at the Texas schools since an early application is important for the Texas schools. For the AMCAS schools you could try these:

@Faha Thank you so much! With my stats are there really no other MD schools that I can look at? Would doing an SMP or a master's help me in any way?

Also, I am open to going the DO route - i'd rather get into a medical than keep waiting to re-apply. What should my DO list look like?

Most OOS MD schools interview few Texas applicants since they know from years of experience that Texas applicants will choose a Texas school. The exception are some of the newer schools which I have listed. For DO schools I suggest these schools:

WESTERN

KCU-COM
ATSU-KCOM
CCOM
MU-COM
PCOM
VCOM (all schools)
