You are making an assumption that you get to choose which score you want to be considered.
 
You will be expected to disclose all the information related to courses/dat taken/previous professional schools applications. The 23 and the 30 will definitely get you noted; a 16 in any section of the dat is not exactly impressive. You are starring at ~500K in expenses for a dental education in the US and you are worried about the cost of submitting the relevant documentation required for ds application?
