2.75 locked after 3 years of good payment

Hi all, I have gone with this loan and I wanted to give you guys this informatino if you're interested in locking at 2.75 after 3 years of ontime payment. The rate you'll be at now is 3.75, as long as you're still in grace or not in repayment yet.
